Our nurse-led model sets us apart. With clinical expertise at the core of everything we do, participants and their families can trust that they are in safe, knowledgeable hands.

Our Story
ThevaCare was founded by Joan and David, who together bring clinical expertise and operational experience to every aspect of the business.
Joan, a Registered Nurse, leads the care team with a deep commitment to clinical safety and individual dignity. She ensures every participant receives care that respects their individuality and promotes independence.
David brings strong operational and community engagement expertise, building lasting relationships with participants, families, and the broader NDIS ecosystem to ensure ThevaCare remains a trusted and responsive provider in southwest Sydney.
Together, Joan and David have built ThevaCare into a provider that truly lives its values — where every support worker is carefully selected, trained, and matched to the individual needs of the person they care for.
