Joan leads ThevaCare with both clinical expertise and a deep personal commitment to dignified, person-centred support. She ensures every participant receives care that respects their individuality and promotes independence. As a Registered Nurse, Joan brings clinical rigour to every aspect of the business — from recruitment and training of support workers to the development of individual care plans and clinical oversight of complex support needs.
